The UPHA Exceptional Challenge Cup Committee is proud to announce that this year at the UPHA/American Royal a new Exceptional Final will have its debut year. This year, they are introducing the UPHA Exceptional Challenge Cup Lead Assisted class. The specs to this class will be available on both the Exceptional Challenge Cup Facebook page, as well as on the UPHA Exceptional Challenge Cup page on the UPHA website. They are also available by contacting the committee chair, Reneé Biggins, at 502-722-5068.
As the Exceptional Challenge Cup has grown and changed, the committee feels that this class will offer the ability to grow even more. Each year, the committee is asked about a class for those that cannot always ride completely on their own, and they felt that Exceptional Challenge Cup can now offer that class. To add either UPHA Exceptional Challenge Cup class, please contact the horse show of your choice and inquire about adding the class, then contact the UPHA office to get ribbons and the Challenge Cup trophy. The committee hopes that the UPHA Exceptional Challenge Cup Lead Assisted class will have just as much support from the horse community as the current class does, and they look forward to seeing new faces for this class at the UPHA/American Royal.
