The American Morgan Horse Association has finished its software update, and the association's website should be up and active today, August 30. The association has announced new log-in procedures for members the first time they log in beginning Wednesday morning.
Due to the transition, the first time members log in, they will need to follow these steps:
Go to the website: www.morganhorse.com
* Members will need their membership number. If you forgot it or cannot locate your membership card, contact the office at (802) 985-4944 or info@morganhorse.com.
* Use the membership number as you log in AND the password the very first time (members will be able to update/change this once they sign in).
* Once logged in, in the RED ribbon bar across the top, a choice called "My Account." Click on it and then go to "My Profile."
* Once in "My Profile," updates can be made to user names and passwords (see options to the right side of the screen).
There are many new features on the site, including a button to click and print membership cards. Also, if there are any invoices pending (or paid) since the new system went "live," they will be under the tab called "My Invoices," and they can be paid anytime online.
For those looking for the Online Registry, it is under the second tab from the left labeled "Registry." From the Registry dropdown box, select the first option titled "Registry Online."
AMHA anticipates the need to tweak and amend as it transitions, so please report any errors, such as horses missing from ownership, etc., to info@morganhorse.com. Errors must be reported via email in order to properly track and solve each issue.
For questions or needing assistance, please contact the staff at the AMHA office at (802) 985-4944.
