Midwest Charity Horse Show, held June 10-14 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, with daily show times of 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., has added three classes to the regular schedule because of their popularity last year. Classes include class 55, Five-Gaited, Amateur Masters; class 30, ASB Five-Gaited Pleasure, Masters; and class 156 ASB Five-Gaited Pleasure, Masters Championship. The Masters Five-Gaited Pleasure and Championship were two of the biggest and most exciting classes of the show.
Fast approaching is Midwest’s entry deadline of May 1. As always, post entries are accepted. The 2014 prize list is available on the website at midwestcharity.com.
Midwest’s distinguished panel of judges includes: Paul Boone, Concord, North Carolina; Gene van der Walt, Shelbyville, Kentucky; and Lisa Waller, Heiskell, Tennessee.
As tradition dictates, the Midwest Charity Horse Show will delight and entertain exhibitors with their legendary hospitality with nightly parties, Tuesday-Friday nights, after the last class in barn 25Q, the famous “Party Barn.”
