LEXINGTON JUNIOR LEAGUE ANNOUNCES 2018 VENUE

The Junior League of Lexington has announced enhanced seating options for spectators at the 2018 Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show at the Kentucky Horse Park’s Rolex Arena, located in Lexington, Kentucky. The show's dates are July 9-14.

A world-class venue responsible for hosting the 2010 World Equestrian Games, the Rolex Arena also is home to the Rolex Three-Day Event, the USHJA International Hunter Derby, and many more top equestrian events. For the Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show, there will be seating options including ringside boxes, infield boxes, terrace tables and the newly created Horsemen’s Lounge. Those who have held box seats at the Junior League show have been given first preference on the closest equivalent to their previous seats.

For further information regarding specialty seating, including pricing, please visit https://www.lexjrleague.com/?nd=Boxes. Diagrams have been provided showing box offerings and their position in the Rolex Arena. There will be an increased number of ringside boxes available and those who did not previously hold seats will have the option of reserving new boxes.

The Junior League of Lexington also has added an additional hospitality option, the Horsemen’s Lounge. This area will be open to those that purchase tickets, either nightly or for the duration of the week. It will include a dinner buffet and two beverage tickets. There will be open seating and an option for cash bar.

With the change of venue, the Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show will remain the first leg of the American Saddlebred Triple Crown and the largest outdoor Saddlebred Horse Show. This signature equestrian event attracts more than 30,000 spectators, with out-of-town visitors generating approximately $5 million in revenue for the Lexington community each year. Nearly 1,000 exhibitors travel from all over the world to compete for $70,000 in prize money. Most importantly, the Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show will continue to provide the high level of hospitality for which the Junior League of Lexington is known.

Please direct questions regarding boxes to Betsy Davies at horseshowboxes@gmail.com. For other inquiries, please contact Katy Ross at horseshowchair@lexjrleague.com.
