October 28, 2017, has been dubbed the American Morgan Horse Association's "Day of the Morgan." Plans are underway for the day's nationwide event, an Open Barn Day for which the association will blanket the country introducing Morgan horses to the general public. Currently, the stables listed below officially signed up to participate in this very important promotional event and will benefit greatly from the publicity AMHA will be providing each one of them.
It's not too late for you to sign up! Many have indicated that they want to be a part of this vital effort to promote the breed, but never find the time to look for the form to submit. It's as easy as this: CLICK HERE, and simply print the form, fill it out, and mail it in. If that's not an option, just call Sandy Sessink at (248) 207-4956, give her your information, and she will happily fill out the form for you.
Others have said they want to participate, but can't because they will be at a horse show on October 28. Because this is such an important opportunity, we have decided to make the next Saturday, November 4, an additional option only for those attending horse shows on the previous weekend. If this is your situation and you would like to hold an open barn on November 4, please use this form to sign up.
In order for us to most effectively publicize this event, we need to start wrapping up our participant list soon. Please don't miss out on this golden opportunity to both promote your own barn and do your part to ensure the future of our breed!
If you have any questions whatsoever, please call Sandy Sessink at (248) 207-4956.
