The 2016 St. Louis National Charity Horse Show will take place September 28-October 1, 2016. The Academy Classic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1 and Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016.
St. Louis National is proud to once again host the seven Saddle & Bridle National Championships along with the ASHA National Pleasure Equitation Finals. New for 2016, it has added a Junior Exhibitor Hunter Country Pleasure Division and will offer a Working Hunter Over Fences Mini Clinic with Kylin Colter Meyer on Wednesday September 28.
Judging St. Louis will be Darrell Case, Annalize Van Der Walt, Renee’ Lavery, and Marilyn MacFarlane. Kylin Colter Meyer will join for the Saddle & Bridle Working Hunter Classic Championship and Katie Case will be on hand to judge the Academy Division.
Several great hospitality events will be offered: South of the Border Fiesta Party on Thursday evening, BBQ dinner with live music from “Last Missouri Exit” and a Vendor Appreciation Reception on Saturday. A limited number of party boxes are available.
Once again, the show will welcome Peter Fenton as manager and he will be joined by his team: Peyton Hamilton in the paddock, Howie Schatzberg to capture the photos, See Horse Video to record the moments, Charles Ritchie will provide the organ music, Brian Lookabill will announce, and the office staff will be Beth Snider, Sandy Backer and Deb Morris.
St. Louis benefits Stray Rescue of St. Louis along with Therapeutic Horsemanship/Tree House of Greater St. Louis, and is proud to support both of these local charities.
