National Horseman is proud to announce that it is accepting Hackney Bucks as a form of currency for advertising.
The American Hackney Horse Society's program, "The Buck Stops Here," produces the Hackney Bucks, which are earned, among other ways, when someone makes a tax-deductible donation to the Hackney Foundation. The amount donated will be turned into Hackney Bucks, with the donor's horse, pony or business' picture in the middle of the Buck. A $50 donaton will equate to one Hackney Buck.
Members also are encouraged to participate in activities to earn more Bucks, including donating a horse to a lesson plan, donating to a stallion plan, hosting a clinic or exhibition, and/or exhibiting in an open competition where there are no Hackney classes.
As well as National Horseman, many vendors have signed up to redeem Hackney Bucks, including Dayton Horse Show, DeRegnaucourt, Freedman's and Stillwater Valley Farm.
