On Wednesday, August 20, from 12-2 p.m., Gayle Lampe will be signing copies of her newly revised book, “Riding for Success: Both In and Out of the Show Ring” at the American Saddlebred Museum’s gift shop booth in the North wing across from the Saddlebred Café.
A comprehensive how-to guide about Saddle Seat riding, the new softbound publication is full of updated information along with additional chapters and quotes. Lampe has served as the Saddle Seat program director at William Woods University’s Equestrian Science Department for over 40 years, and is well known for her World’s Championship rides on CH Callaway’s Born To Win. This is a chance to meet one of the foremost experts on Saddle Seat riding. If you already have the new version of “Riding for Success,” feel free to bring it to the signing. Copies will also be available for purchase, and current Museum members will receive a ten percent discount.
