ASB MUSEUM ANNOUNCES "SUMMER AT SPINDLETOP" EVENT

The American Saddlebred Museum has invited its patrons to attend "Summer at Spindletop." This fundraiser, which is the Museum’s annual fundraiser during the Lexington Junior League Horse Show, takes place Saturday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Historic Spindletop Hall will provide the backdrop for a fun garden party inspired event. The event is a brunch and fashion experience.

Summer at Spindletop includes a fashion show, featuring models from the Saddlebred industry, with fashion provided by Glasscock Women's Apparel and Crittenden Rawlings. Jeffrey Fetzer will provide makeup and skin care, jewelry by Barry Brinker, and hats by Jordan Skeen. Glasscock’s is featuring the designs of Lucian Matis, a Toronto-based women’s wear designer. His label features elegant day wear and evening wear featured in national and international publications, including "FASHION" and "WWD." This event is an exclusive opportunity to preview his designs in Kentucky.

Each designer will have a pop-up shop during the event with items exclusive to the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop with designers. A portion of the day’s sales will benefit the American Saddlebred Museum.

Tickets are available online at www.asbmuseum.org for $125 (member price); $150 (non-member price). Sponsor tables of 10 are available for $2,000, and include priority reserved seating, two complimentary bottles of champagne, and a special gift.
